So Cal Part 2- Univeral Studios

On Sunday we took a ride out to Hollywood and went to Universal Studios. We were there about 20 minutes before it started raining buckets. Seriously!
Oh, and by the way... if you have children under 11 years old, Universal Studios is NOT the place to go. Maddie and Max could hardly do anything there.
We went on the studio tour, which was really cool. But when the King Kong vs the Dinosaurs  part came up, both kids were scared to death. Same with the Earthquake.
Once it started raining so hard, we knew it was going to be miserable with the kiddos. So my wonderful Mother and Father in law offered to take the kids back to the car and feed them lunch while Jeff and I went to try to get on every ride we could as fast as we could. And since it was pouring so hard, that didn't end up taking us too long. We hit pretty much every ride and some of them two or three times over. It was really fun!

Universal City

Welcome to Universal Studios Hollywood!

Jaws

We spent a lot of time in the Curios George ball pit. It got old really fast.

AND we almost got eaten by a Dinosaur!

Despite being drenched and freezing, we still had a really great time.
